Hey everyone. Just writing to give you a quick update. I'm down with a slight chest cold, or a head cold, or whatever they call it. The symptoms, a cough that's developing (but hopefully I have under control), sore back, and a stuffed nose. It all started about 1/2 a week ago when my nose started sneezing uncontrollably from the funky weather we've been having.

I don't know what it is, but when there is a threat of a storm, my nose goes crazy. So after a few doses of Claratin-D, I thought everything was taken care of, as I was feeling good enough to throw the football around. But a few days ago, I got that itchy feeling in the back of my throat, and next thing I knew, I was coughing up some minor phlegm. Man!

Honestly, I can deal with a runny nose. But a cough, it's hell. It's hard to talk, hard to walk, and I'm always on the cusp of losing my voice.

So I'm going to box myself in for the next couple of days. Today is November 17th, 2009, so I should be good in a couple of days. But until then, I'm really going to try to rest-rest-rest. Email is probably the best way to get a hold of me if you want.
