MY STUPID SLEEPING SCHEDULE

I have to say, every since I came into this world, my sleeping schedule has been off. Today, I woke up at 12pm, after staying up late to work till 7am in the morning. This is my onging love/hate relationship with the sun.

Am I morning person? Yes and no. Am I a night-owl? Yes and no. I remember back in elementary and high school days, I struggled getting up...but at least it was a lot more normal back then. But right out of high school, in my screenwriting to entrepenueral days, I really never did have a regular sleep schedule because I really didn't have a regular job. I would burn the midnight oil working on scripts, all the way till 11am, then sleep till 9pm. To this day, because I really don't have a regular job, I still work all night on wedding videos, anwering email, talking to wedding couples on the east cost, then fall asleep at strange hours, just to wake up late.

I give myself jet-lag a lot of times, without even leaving the island. I know it's wierd, but hey, I can't change it. The good thing though is despite my strange sleeping habbits, I am always available to my couples, 24-7. I sleep with my cell phone, and if they happen to call...I wake right up, and can operate as though I were fully awake....(well most of the time)....

The big question is that has my strange sleeping schedule ever backfired on me? Never!!! I wake up when I need to. Whether it's to watch early morning NFL football games at 7am (yes, they come on that early in Hawaii), or to take out the trash, or for a sunrise wedding....I always get up with lots of time to spare.

Right now, I have a strange sleeping schedule. I wake up at 9am, work and play till 7pm. I then take a nap till 10pm...and work again still 5am in the morning.....then I wake up again at 9am. I dunno what's going on...but that's the way it is..haha...

Alright, well, I'm off to the north shore now.
