Yes, on March 27th, I turned the big three-o! I had a bunch of close friends and family over to celebrate the so called "achievement." Turning thirty, all I have to say is "wow, does time fly!" Why it feels as though I was just 19 a few days ago knocking on doors as a screenwriter in LA. Funny how time flies by.

So what have I noticed since I've turned 30? A lot of things. To start, I'm noticing that my body is a lot more fragile now than before. I'm going to the doctors on Friday to examine my knee for a knee strain, and tomorrow I'm headed to the chiropractor to get rid of a stinger in my back. I got that stinger either from biking, or from sleeping wrong, or maybe both.

The great thing about turning 30? People still consider me young!!!

Sorry, there are no wedding updates at the moment. Actually, the wedding business has been slowing down just a little this year. I've noticed that with the housing market cooling off, the wedding industry has done so as well. And yes, so has our tourist industy. Down a whopping 20% since last year! That pretty much coincides with my numbers. I am doing 20% less weddings than before as well. The breaks though have been nice! I don't regret having 20% less business..haha.
